CALLING FOR PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS

Prequalification No. 2122-3016Z-1

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Southwestern Community College District of San Diego County,

California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the “DISTRICT” will

receive up to, but no later than, the deadline as indicated in Attachment “A-3” Schedule* accessible via

http://projects.rsconstruction.com/swc-instructional-complex-1/ prequalification documents for the

"SWC - Instructional Complex 1” Project.

The Prequalification submittals will apply only to the specific project listed above. They shall be

addressed to the District’s Project Construction Manager, (Rudolph and Sletten, Inc.), and received via

this prequalification module (preferred method), email or mail at the following location:

Each firm must conform and be responsible to the prequalification documents which are available by

submitting a request with the subject line, "SWC - Instructional Complex 1 RFQ Access Request" via

email to subqual@rsconst.com with the following information: Company Name, CA contractor’s license

number, prequal contact phone number, prequal contact email address and Bid Package(s) of interest as

indicated in Attachment "A-1" List of Required Trades** accessible via

http://projects.rsconstruction.com/swc-instructional-complex-1/. Please note that you will need to

login under your company’s name and password as indicated in email response to a submitted RFQ

Access Request in order to access the prequalification documents. Obtaining copies of the

prequalification documents is the responsibility of each firm.
